As a former teacher and mom of 3, I started My Elderberry Lady as a way to bring holistic wellness to my family and coworkers. My pledge is to always use raw, organic, and local honey and the highest quality organic elderberries. My goal is to always use the highest quality of ingredients and provide it at a cost that was family friendly. I hope you give My Elderberry Lady a try and then it becomes a daily routine in your household, just like it is in mine.

From Our Homestead to Your Home At Country Stroll Homestead, we believe in slowing down, making things from scratch, and creating products that bring a little more simplicity to everyday life. What started as a love for homesteading has grown into a small family business offering fresh-milled flour, handmade herbal products, and thoughtfully made goods for the home and garden. Our flour is milled fresh in small batches from whole grains, while our herbal products are made with simple, carefully selected ingredients inspired by the plants and traditions of the homestead. We’re always learning, growing, and adding new products as the seasons change. Everything is made in small batches with the goal of offering useful, wholesome products made with care. Thank you for supporting our little homestead and choosing to shop small!

My husband has a problem. Every time he goes to tractor supply, he buys more chicks. What started as eight chicks to "supply the household" grew to a 70 layer flock...in the same season. They are loved. Petted. Spoken to. Sung to. They have access to fresh greens, food, clean water and a run larger than my first two apartments. They produce amazing eggs and we're willing to share. Oh. My daughter creates funny reels of the chickens. Check it out below. We're a creative family.

My love for coffee began in college with a good cup, but over time it grew into a curiosity for discovering the incredible flavors of beans from around the world. What started as a personal exploration of flavor turned into something much more. As a husband, father, pastor, and follower of Jesus, I’ve come to appreciate coffee as a part of moments that bring people together: conversations around the kitchen table, time with family and friends, fellowship at church, or a quiet morning to slow down and be grateful for God’s blessings. Tom’s Roastery grew out of that passion. I roast each batch in small quantities, carefully choosing coffees that I enjoy and believe others will love and want to share!
